Terms of service
1. By purchasing any of my services and commissioning me (DandyVT), you hereby accept the terms and conditions henceforth and are legally obligated to adhere to them.2. All Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. You may resize the commissioned work for personal use only. You may not edit, crop, apply filter, or otherwise alter the work commissioned. As per copyright law in the UK you may not reproduce my art nor create any derivatives. This also means you may not send my artwork to other artists to get them to create derivatives. My art cannot be used in AI training.3. For streaming assets, you receive limited commercial use to use the image only for its intended purpose. For example, emotes may only be used as emotes. Further commercial use will incur additional charges and will have to be discussed with me via email. For general art commercial use, you will also have to discuss this with me via email.4. For Twitch emotes that I have created for you, you may use the built-in Easy Animate feature on Twitch, however you may not animate my emotes yourself or alter them in any way, as mentioned above.5. I reserve the right to stream any of my creative process of the work over at my twitch channel (twitch.tv/dandyvtuber) and the right to post the artwork on my social media and any marketing material. If you would not like me to stream or post the artwork until it is finished, please detail this in the commission form.6. Depending on the commission that is ordered, upon completion you will receive either a full resolution digital file (Twitch scenes/overlays, character art, chibi, pet portraits) or the relevant Twitch file sizes (emotes, badges, or panels).For static emotes, you may request the full original resolution of the file for an additional fee of £20.No physical item will be delivered. I aim to keep in regular contact once the commission is started with update emails and work-in-progress images.7. Full refunds will only be offered if the work has not yet been started. For work that has already been started, I will only offer partial refunds in extreme circumstances up to a value of 50% of the commission price. Please contact me in such events so that we can discuss these. Otherwise, I will not issue refunds.8. All payments are accepted via PayPal invoice and must be received in full before I place the commission in the waiting list. You can monitor your commission’s place in the queue via my Discord channel.Prices are in GBP (£) and must be paid in the relevant currency.9. Reposting your commission is acceptable but you must provide credit to at least one of my social media pages which you can find below. Claiming the art as your own is an infringement of my copyright rights as an artist.
